"I have always used a double layer anti blister hiking sock but recently I have started to get discomfort on the balls of my feet. I read a review of the best hiking socks and these were recommended, they were expensive compared to what I had before but I thought I'd give them a try as I was about to embark on a 100 mile hike. I have now worn them for just over 40 miles and although I still get the discomfort it's not as bad as before, so a positive result, longest stint so far 15 miles and I changed them mid way to keep my feet dry. 👍"

"I purchased three pairs of Darn Tough socks and I have to say, I am delighted. The socks that I have been buying from the High Street never seemed to last very long. It’s not like I hike every day, just walking the dogs on a regular basis. High Street socks only ever last me three months and they’re not particularly cheap. Paying a bit extra to gain such a guarantee is fantastic. The quality is really good and although time will only tell on their performance, I would thoroughly recommend them. More pairs coming to my wardrobe soon!"
