"placed an order on the 11th July and I still haven't received it, tracking has the following message: 'Shipment expected, but not yet arrived or processed at PostNL' this has been the same message for weeks and looks like it hasn't even left your warehouse yet. I have emailed your customer service about this and received nothing back. not impressed so far I'm really hoping the socks are perfect if they do actually turn up because any issues will be a nightmare to fix and a very long wait. I will allow a little more time before starting a charge back."
