This is the first time I'm ordering these "unisex" quarter socks. I ordered size Small instead of Medium, per the chart. It seems to me they run a little larger in the Small than my Women's quarter socks in Medium. However, they seem to be alright and will work; they're just not as tight-fighting as my other socks.
